I am a pc technician and the only issue i had with this laptop was the preinstalled software really caused some issues laptop froze during setup

I couldnt even really finish the setup the laptop before i grabbed my windows 10 flash drive and reinstall windows 10 from scratch

Its very sensitive in that it either lags or the pointer zips around everywhere
