Yeah she might be made of plastic but she doesn't feel like cheap plastic she's sturdy.

The bluetooth works well but you cannot download zoom if you have to use voom for video calls this isn't the laptop for you

I only need internet,google apps, and zoom and this product gets all that done for a great price

    The only problem with this beautiful piece of art is the battery does not last no 11 hours im at 64 and i have 2 hours and 1 minute remaining on the battery so expect around a five hour battery life
