Pros

Video playback is crisp and clear. Laptop is easy to upgrade. Works smoothly and installs smoothly.

The dc power in seems pretty rugged. The hinge is really stout. The case material seems durable.

This is nice! This is cool! Overall very satisfied. Thanks for being an awesome seller.

The shell helps dissipate the heat. Its all about the fan shroud. Otherwise cooling docks need gobs of loud air.

Cons

Arrived after a week and a half. Just a black display of nothingness. It’s incredibly frustrating. Missing power cord and had a electronic card or socket unplugged.

When i do unplug it the computer briefly blinks off then comes back on. I did reset the laptop and still the problem over there. My husband has a faulty fan that squeals when in use.

My computer has several difficulty connecting to bluetooth devices, it has about a 3-5 hour battery life; so i have to keep it plugged in all the time. Half the time it refuses to connect at all.

However the laptop arrived in perfect condition and i am very satisfied with the packaging, delivery time and condition of my package.

I've seen enough unboxing videos, so i need them please support me.
