Because it was within 14 days of purchasing my eee pc best buy just did an exchange, very easy.

Email questions submitted thru amazon were answered in reasonably good time.

The equipment came in an original box and very clean in what appeared to be original wrappings.

Very light to pack around - fits right in my purse.

The box was opened, and i think that the 900 may have been returned and reshipped to me as "new".

A neopreme sleeve laptop cover came in the package too - which i didn't expect.

As opposed to the various microsoft op's i've used, the linux is virtually trouble free.

It isn't as small as a blackberry or similar devices.
