Cooling Performance
Customers have mixed opinions on the cooling performance of the ASUS GTX570 DirectCU II graphics cards, but generally positive. The fans are silent, at 60% you cannot hear them over a quality cpu fan.
Under normal clock speeds, this card is dead silent.
Price
Best bang for your buck as of oct 2012.
If you want a card that runs cool and overclocks/overvolts well in the $200-$250.
I'd recommend this card to any serious gamer on a budget who also wants a system that is quiet and fades into the background.
I recently picked up a gtx 580 for $220 and planning to go sli to get butter smooth 120hz when i get my 120hz monitor.

I noticed during the close quarters mayhem that goes on it will dip to about 50 fps for a bit during those high graphic intensive scenes

Had it on air stock cooler regular case cooling storm stryker and it idles at about 30 c
