Tip if you add memory works on this but also on most computersif you have two slots and two good memory modules and youve determined that both slots are good by trying the original memory in each slot and it still doesnt work with both or still doesnt recognize both switch them

The dvd drive is a cheap hunk of garbage when it comes to burning discs and also does not play or burn bluray format
