Very good performance and you can even do content blocking for the younger members of the family.
I have been using orbi for about a year now and last week, it started losing connection and had to reset multiple times a day.
The firmware installed in the unit from the factory is full of bugs and the units disconect randomly from the network.
Price
Value of included intrusion protection system is a big bonus and shouldn't be underestimated.
I was apprehensive about having to use a smartphone to setup and control the system so i bought my first tablet for $85.
I bought this used - like new from amazon which i thought was a very good deal at 2/3 the retail cost.
Shipping
The setup was easy, the package came on time, and the products were in new condition.
Competitiveness
Everything you love from other asus routers is there.
I have no idea if these are better than eero, google, or whoever as a managed mesh system.
