Pros

Wifi and bluetooth (via internal usb connector to motherboard) appear in linux mint/ubuntu 18. The speed is much faster, like 180-190 mbps, although i have a weak wi-fi signal.

Box says only windows 10. Disk inside has no windows 7 drivers. Turned off the automatic shut off in the power management in the win10 device manager for the device and all usb ports. Tried different internal usb connection on the mother board.

Before this install i was getting notices of a corrupted signal and loosing quality of the meetings.

This replaces a usb3 mini and a usb2 adapter.

I had previously purchased and returned a tp-link archer card that was on lightning deal because my connection would drop while gaming.

I tried an old usb2 wifi with antenna and the signal improved to 80mbps.
