If you are in a cold room this makes an excellent space heater but if you are in high temps it will probably die

No optimus for power saving the jury is still out if this a negative my lenovo laptop used the builtin intel graphics for all nongaming tasks and sometimes resulted in sound output recognition issues via hdmi that required a reboot in order to recognize the speakersoptical out on the tv7

No optimus one gpu prevents games and other desktop applications and even tvs from getting confused as to which one to use
