This over-engineered cooler is both beautiful and a beast. I am very happy with the condition of the cooler as it looks open box but not used.

Using the asus armory crate, it is simple to sync the lcd screen to your motherboard. The screen display is not quite as customizable as some other units. Works well with armory crates.

Cons

I hope they didn't send me a refurbished item or a returned item. Asus says its under warranty but asus north american cant warranty it because it was shipped from china. This is just sloppy.

Using it to display pc stats is restrictive. Transition between pages is problematic. Background customization for the stats display is very limited, offering just two flashy animations or a static color.

So far everything seems well built and good quality.

Took off a star because of software, diagnostic display for gpu is incredibly inaccurate and doesn’t seem to change from 46c.

Temps on a amd 7950x3d are maxed out at 83c and the fans and pump are not going full speed at all.

The stock tim i would change out with something like ic diamond 24 with a flat spread application over the cpu lid.

I bought this cooler used as it was $100 cheaper than a new one.

You will pay for it as it is not cheap.

Unfortunately i cannot turn on my pc yet because the mounting backplate (asus lga 1700 backplate) was taken out of the box.

Other than that, it came in nicely packed and it was very cool.

I switched to this cooler from deepcool mistique 360mm and the temps are 5 to 10 celsius lower with asus rog ryujin 360mm .
