Pros

Asus software is a total cakewalk! The only draw back is your imagination and/or wallet thickness. Hack, get on with it.

The uefi bios is easy to navigate. Good set of bios options. Uefi bios is pretty sleek and makes bios navigation simple.

Good use of pcie switchers, allows for all pcie slots. Wifi/ bluetooth antenna is longer than i would like. Aside from the standard 24 pin atx power connector, the eps 12v connector near the cpu area uses an 8+4 pin connector.

Cons

Rgb lights are difficult to control and are not stable. The rgbs are also not in control before you login to windows and show random colors. Also the antenna for the wifi is a silly design. Error code after error code, hour after hour troubleshooting ... Read More

Best motherboard i have used speeds and reliability are amazing.

Works great, easy to build and is fast

Armoury will cause programs to open slowly, hyperlinks to take 5 minutes to open between programs, and will take 3% processor use at idle.

Asus armoury crate was by far the worst software i have ever seen, it has an entire suite of hidden bloatware.

Price

Best bang for the buck, top performer, 1st in its class!

To summarize for the quick review - this motherboard rocks - it kills it in every aspect for the cost.

This is not exactly a budget option but it's a great value.

I wish it had at least one usb-c 2x2 on the rear io for the price.

Shipping

Customer service and shipping were great and fast.

Board arrived quickly was packed perfectly and installed without issue.

It was shipped without a shipping box.

They just grabbed it off the shelf and slapped a shipping label on it.

Packaging/appearance

I liked the little things added in the box too, like fan stickers and a small wrist lanyard.

It did not come with a manual, or the original box, i kept wondering what else might be missing.

But it was shown near the add to cart button.

Competitiveness

I recomment ryzen 5900 cpu and the best air cooler you can afford from bequiet or noctua.

It is an excellent performer, and is shown to stand up to other, more expensive boards in testing.
