Was a xmas present for me from my partner used it once very slow software unresponsive problems logging in tried to reset it back to factory setting so that i could send it back or sell it on and it then got stuck in a reboot loop now it doesnt turn on work waste of money

Sometimes it takes days to charge and wont operate unless the charging is complete

You can leave it unused for 2 days and then it has lost all its charge and you have to wait another 3 days for it to charge again

There is also no indicator to show how chargged the laptop is or how lond you might expect to wait or if the laptop is actually charging
