Update december 2018 doesn’t turn on unless you put an rubbe4 band over the power and leave it there

When i got n open it it was too slow then never used it for 3 months cuz i m busy with jobs n online study 2 days ago on dec 10th 2017 i charged it n try to open it n guess what power button causing prob n wont even start this mini device sometimes white light appears but black blank screen device is not turning on tried many hours on power button try to turn on the device guess what not working either amazon gave me refurbished or bad product or device itself is faulty you can check i just used it once n after that its not even working i was so busy with my webinar n projects n jobs so i could write review about it nor contact amazon department today i will going to call amazon
