It’s getting power, but no display & fans aren’t spinning.

This really is a great card for the price point.
I originally had my eye on the asus proart 4060ti as it provides very good value for the money.
Going to spend even more money, and time to take it in for diagnostics tomorrow.
Gpu prices have been crazy and they just seemed way overpriced for their performance.

My review before i knew what i was doing wrong; pretty sure this gpu arrived busted.
Packaging/appearance
The graphic card was delivered in a good packaging and condition was perfect.
Very easy to install, packaged well, looks great.
Competitiveness
This one came out as the best performance for the money from nvidia.
The rtx 4070 super is hands down the best price to performance gpu on the market.
Compared to the rtx 4060ti, the 4070 super lost about 10% in 2d performance but gained 40% in 3d performance.
I bought this graphics card after many hours of comparing performance and reviews with other cards.

It is designed to vent air out the back and front which means that some of the hot air gets vented out of the case instead of it all being recycled back into the case and relying 100 on case fans to get the hot air out

I thought i received a busted gpu turns out i just wasn’t plugging it in all the way as the force it takes to plug in properly is insane
