The same exact monitor was returned in the exact same condition. As far as i can tell there is no fix. I really hope the monitor comes through or maybe i can get a refund somehow.

The quality of this monitor is comparable to a $99 one. It's pretty notable for me that my 6 year old television has significantly better dynamic range than this monitor. Not recommended at all, terrible quality.
