I needed a screen that could be used with different potential input connectors since it was to be the central main screen of a 3 monitor display setup my graphics card only allows certain connection mixes and i replace my pc more often than my monitors and dont know what the next workstation will require

I am not a gamer and so dont need that level of picture quality i only use it for office functions browser activities and sometimes for streamed filmvideo content

I have even used the asus multiframe software which is useful but not a major advantage with my existing setup
