It's very well made; even stitching, good heavy material. It seems well made and very classy. Material is on the thick side, less wrinkle than expected.
This dress is cute and businesslike at the same time. Perfect addition to your business professional attire. This blazer vest looks great open or closed as a dress.
Cons
It fit me like a trash bag. Immediately returned it but was unfortunately unable to exchange for a smaller size.

You can wear it as is, but i would suggest wearing a bralette or undershirt if you are wearing this to the office.

The bottom half fit fine but the top was too big especially in the arm holes and chest area
