I like that its aesthetics are unobtrusive. The auto redial is handy. I am quite saticified. My experience so far definitely puts me in the satisfied camp.

Both lines i use it on are voip, and i have not had any problems. Through the programing menu, this feature can be turned on/off independently for each line. Cid works well for both lines.

I was hesitant after reading other reviews- but purchased anyway. Despite this problem with the programming menu and the ops manual, i think this phone is great. This phone is about as good as it gets for this suite of features.

If you work from home and need caller id, skip this phone. The major issue is the dialing. Everything is there but nothing is logical.

The keys beep loudly whenever you dial or program the phone. The keys only beep when using the speakerphone. As soon as you return off of mute, the phone gives a loud beep.

As a business phone, this phone is useless. Big complaint is that the speaker phone sounds very tinny.
