I very much like this headset although if your phone does not have an button which lets you switchanswer in headset mode then i would recommend getting the lifter which is an extra cost because manually lifting the handset offon the phone handset when using the headphone is cumbersome and putting the handset down next to the phone when using the headset takes up space on your desk

Additionally the headband over the head attachment broke within the 2nd week

Pairing my phone was kind of easy just dont toss out those instructions and i do have a new wireless phone system on stand by and headset is compatible so when my current system takes a dump ill be good to go

My only issue with this is the over the ear ear loop was cracking and the problem is going to soon be solved friday with the helpful assistance of edward at 18004323738
