Pros
It easily converts to a wall phone, you just have to read the directions. A very good inexpensive phone with caller id. Its a good basic wired phone for backup.
My only complaint is that it isn't heavy enough. This phone is easy to handle. Works well under normal conditions.
Cons
Refurbishing' should have at least deleted these private numbers! Tried another phone connector to no avail. It is pretty much impossible to retrieve the defective phone at this point.
Followed instructions and mounted it but headset keeps falling off. Tried using it with some tape to keep the headset in place, but too much of a nuisance to use with the tape. Long line cord is no problem for table top use, but you can't have it dang... Read More

The plastic stand keeps falling off, so the phone rocks back and forth.
