I dont remember the atari game controllers having a small amount of lag but maybe thats because all of the new games out today have such little lag that i just dont remember what atari was really like

I have the atari flashback 5 and these allow me to get the full experience of clssic atari as a couple of the games notably pong dont work without the atari 2600 controllers

I do not fault the paddle controllers for this glitchy flashback phenomena i do however fault the manufacturers of the flashback console for not working out compatibility issues with their system
