Pros
This pan is terrific. A perfect addition to my baking cupboard. Arrived on time n in pristine condition.
Cons
I have tried multiple times to bake in these pans and every time, the cake is terrible. The top and edges get too crunchy. They are also very difficult to clean.

I'm very pleased with the 3-inch height.
The pans is very high quality and am very pleased with the performance.
Very frustrated with the increase when i should have been able to purchase the 3rd pan for the same price i purchased the first 2.
Again the quality of the pan is not the problem, it is with the inconsistency in the pricing.
Competitiveness
It is actually an add on to my ateco collection.
It both distinguishes and professionalizes the look of the cakes when stacking, as opposed to your traditional 2-inch pans.

I choose the 334 depth for its versatility but if what you are planning on using the pan for is something relatively thin brownies or that youll be cutting a piece at a time you might want to consider getting the 234 depth

If the corners and edges were rounded it would have been much more difficult to achieve a realistic box look
