Pros
Love tis and use it all the time. I pity the fool that doesn't have one.
It's flexible yet very sturdy. The blade is flexible while being able to return to its original shape after bending.
The other spatulas are nice, and i will use them, but this one stands out as the sturdiest and the most likely one that i will grab first. This spatula is made very sturdily. The slotted area is nice and large.
This makes frosting much easier for him. Also works great for panned veggies and fish. Also great for pancakes, & so many things. I use them to spead butter or mayonnaise to other spreads on bread that is in a plate.
Light and an easy spreader. Allows, the pieces to be lifted drains the oil and let's you place the pieces back in the oil with out splatter.

So far this has proven to be a very high quality product.
This brand is also great, love the quality.
However, the spatula quality is still great.
75 inch straight spatula to fulfill my needs, and it would have been nice to have known this before i bought this product.
Price
Works as good as any at 3 times the price!
Seemed like a great price too, i bought two more as gifts for friends.
Packaging/appearance
Perfect for getting fondant out of the bucket and for breaking down modeling chocolate!

I believe in ateco products, and all of my spatulas are from them.
As with all ateco products, they are pretty solid.

I was hoping this would help me better flip fish without mushing it to bits it has helped some so the remainder of the problem must be my own deficiencies

I thought this ateco slotted spatula would be just as flexible but its pretty rigid it is not flexible enough to get under my egg omelets so ive resorted to using this spatula only for stir fried items

The metal is brushed stainless steel

Dont know how heat resistant the handle is and i dont plan on leaving the handle on a hot pan
