Pros & Cons
Pros
Better choice for testing deep/thick cakes such a tube/bundt-style cakes. No more toothpick & quick rinse under the faucet this thing is clean. A perfectly functional cake tester.
The silicone holder is great and makes it easier to hold on to. The large blue paddle handle is easy to spot in the draw.
Cons
Needle thin and very lightweight. This is really flimsy. Normal cake testing-comical if it weren't so cheaply made.
Highlights
Quality
If you need a cake tester, this one is perfect width/good quality.
The silicone holder is great and makes it easier to hold on to.
This cake tester does the job, but it’s a little bit on the flimsy side.
Not only is it the perfect length, but the handle is very sturdy.
Price
You can't beat the price and it does the job!
Competitiveness
I like using this versus throw away to toothpicks.
