Pros

Ateco makes great baking products. Perfect for large cakes and sweet rolls baked in 9 x 13 pans. Baked all the way through the center. Great for baking a cake in the ninja foodi.

These nails are awesome! Easy to use, easy to clean. Great investment. These are very sturdy, but i probably could have used flower nails.

The cake cores where shipped in a a plastic bag and in a padded mailing envelope. These prevent soggy centers and overbaked edges of each layer.

Cons

There were three in a package that was clearly labeled 4 pieces. The stems on two of the heating cores were not attached to their bases, even though the original packaging was sealed and intact. Use a wilton rose nail.

I have better luck using the damp teflon coated baking strips that go on the outside. They do poorly in evenly distributing the heat.

Love love lovei’ve been baking professionally for over 5 years now, i trully recommend this product!

I have used them 3 times thus far an have had much better results with the overall complete cooking of my recipes.

I have to bake my blueberry buckle cake till the inside is done with the sides overdone.

After the they cool down hand wash with the other items used or put them in the dishwasher.

Packaging/appearance

These little gems conduct the heat from the foodi into the middle of the pan to help assure the finished product will be yummy throughout.

Used for first time, an really cooked thru my brownies in the foodi.

Competitiveness

I was nervous because of the other review on using these with a 6inch round pan but as you can see, they worked perfect!

Feels to me like they are pretty important to baking success in a foodi.
