Im a potter, love things that fit my needs. Easy to clean. Not flimsy. Even if the dough dries on.

This is a multi purpose tool that every kitchen should have. Cuts well with a variety of doughs. Refrigerate your pastry leaves for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely and then arrange on top of cooled pie.

Cons

These are fine if you only need approximate rectangles. They are misshapen, flimsy and have sharp edges. Does not always cut through puff pastry due to the uneven cutting edge.
