Pros
This pan is terrific. A perfect addition to my baking cupboard. Arrived on time n in pristine condition.
Cons
I have tried multiple times to bake in these pans and every time, the cake is terrible. The top and edges get too crunchy. They are also very difficult to clean.

The pans is very high quality and am very pleased with the performance.
It is heavy and well made and have never had any issues with cake sticking in the corners.
They cooked very evenly, and look at those sharp edges!
Nice sharp edges, no curve or slope.
Price
Its too bad the cost of the pan is almost as high as a toaster oven.
These are rather expensive but works great for baking taller cakes like sponge cakes.

I have no doubt these cakes would would not have domed as much nor baked as brown had i used bakingcake strips but i didnt have any on hand that were large enough to fit around the pans

It actually makes my brownies edges look sharp of course using the correct tools it will not stick to pan this was my try out batter can’t wait to make thicker brownies
