Pros & Cons
Pros
In general, ateco's stuff is good but pricey. This replacement is the real deal (used to call them an oil cloth). What a difference. No need to wash after use.

Highlights
Quality
I've used it for cookies and pies and am thoroughly satisfied with it.
The sturdy product thick and long lasting
I didn’t want a silicone mat, as i’m used to flipping my pie pastry in half with the cloth to get it in the pan.
Found this one with the measurements and circles printed right on it and bought it.
Packaging/appearance
Mom used one of these back in the 50's.
Well made product the cloth is almost twice as thick as my old one and this makes it easier to roll out the dough
Competitiveness
It's easy to get a round pastry!
They are sturdier than the competition, but i'm not sure if sturdy enough to warrant the price difference.
