Pros

In my culinary program at college, this is the brand and model they have stocked for the pastry department. It's very durable and is the best one out there. Will last forever.

This thing is fantastic! And the fact that it's elevated makes a huge difference in decorating. This one makes decorating a breeze!

Difficult to clean due to screw holes on top and ateco logo on base. Not good working instruments for professionals. I highly encourage folks to buy domestic products but this one isn't worth it.

I was going to get a cheaper one to start off with but i’m glad that i went ahead and purchased this.

Only one higher end option has that option and ateco surely can manage adding this; especially for the price.
