Pros

It fulfills the expectation of a piping bag. Excellent quality, pliable but thick and durable.

Cons

Too stiff, and too large for the average frosting job. It requires much more hand strength to pipe and is bulkier and heavier. They are very stiff and i ws unable to use them because they are so rigid!

The bag spits during piping of fresh pastry cream into vol-au-vents -- puff pastry shells. Thank the dear lord that it did not separate during washing.
