Pros

It has a good weight and feel with the appropriate balance of stiffness to flexibility. Would purchase again.

It is just perfect for leveling flour or other ingredients. Great for spreading butter, jam, peanut butter and also great while icing a cake, etc.

Cons

I think the reason they're so cheap is that no one can get the thick sticker off to be able to use them. What's with that?
