Pros

Sturdy and cleans easily. Great for heavy yeasted dough. Works well on my buttercream icing.

Could not be happier with it. Well made. Delivered on time. Worth the money, including shipping.

Cons

It's ok as a 2nd spare unit but that was not the plan. I need to grind it down to make it work. Item is not returnable.

The stainless steel plate is too thick without any tapered down. Seems like a faulty rivet. Cannot be used for sharp edges on buttercream icing.
