Pros & Cons
Pros
Reduces the amount of dough handling. If you want to space the biscuits apart on a cookie sheet or other container, this works great.
A very handy kitchen gadget. Works well and cleans easily. Hang in my kitchen for decoration when not in use.
No rerolling means better biscuits. It keeps from reworking dough too often and ruining the dough. There is no waste because that excess dough is not a bunch of scraps, but almost the form of one last biscuit already.
Great timesaver. Works like a champ. Great for a bee baby shower.
Cons
The dough gets shoved up in the corners. The sheet metal is too wide to cut well.
Highlights
Quality
No waste when cutting biscuits the way you get with the round cutters.
I bought the smaller size, but it works as advertised, and i'm very pleased.
Competitiveness
I just lightly pat my dough out and press this cutter in andmy biscuits were ready for the oven.
