This one has just the right mix of flexibility and stiffness. Not flimsy at all.


Cons

The side of this spatula is very hard. The curved edge renders that side of the scraper useless for that purpose. It will have a very limited life due to its exposure to a hot frying pan. Flimsy, and not really worth using.
