Pros

Nonslip and durable. Tight elastic. Only downside is that some of the rubber on the band is beginning to flake off on a couple of them.

These bands work perfectly. Bought these for my daughter for soccer. I tend to misplace my headbands after a run so having 6 gives me plenty of time to find them again!

Cons

They slip toward the back of your head and pull the hair in the front along your hairline with them. However, it's way too tight on my average sized male head. They give me a headache after 10 minutes of wearing them.

They are a bit skinnier (about the width of my pinky) than i've tried in the past so i'm assuming that helped with the non slipping.

Overall i am very happy with these and would recommend them.

More performance out of these than expected for the price, at the cost of the visuals.

I use these when running, skating, hiking and other exercises, and take it off when i'm done.

I have almost given up hope of finding a hairband that doesn't slip up the back of my head.
