Pros

Attractive and sturdy, it is free standing or it has mounting hardware to hang on the wall. It possesses about 6 slots for double cd jewel cases, which i positioned at the base of the tower. Second wall mounting bracket in the middle, but the assembly...  Read More

If placed on a solid floor, most of that drawback would be eliminated. I recommend having it on hardwood floor to increase stability. Mine on carpet and it leans a little bit but it holds up well!

Overall, this storage tower that holds up to 80 cds is quite useful and looks appealing, along with my other living room decor. Cd is still better than 320kbps streaming.

Cons

Shame on amazon for recommending this. It performs it's function barely. Nothing really locks or tightens into place, it just stacks.

If you're going to store cds and infrequently use them, it's ok. But it’s shoddy when used with the base as a standing rack. Also it is wobbly. Not too solid footing on carpet.

Quality

I liked how sturdy it is and how well built

Reasonably stable and cd cases fit nicely.

All you gotta do is carefully bend them back down.

Takes some effort to align sockets for assembly but not so hard a 70 yr old can't handle it.

Price

I like the price and it is stable.

Packaging/appearance

Bought two of these racks, filled them, and got rid of the boxes where they’ve been residing.
