Pros
The expandable component is definitely a bonus! Very impressed.
Hard side bag has some degree of expandability due to soft materials near zipper. Zipper is high quality and zipping and unzipping is pretty smooth. Small pocket for personal items is very useful and i have not seen it on many carry ones.
Cons
Not longterm durable. Busted open at the airport.

You can’t fit very much and there isn’t room for movement because it is a hard shell suitcase.

We were looking for reasonably -priced, rugged, good-looking luggage for our 10 year-old grandsons to use for travelling.
The best carry on luggage for this price.
They were good value for the price, so far.

Packaging/appearance
This worked well for a flight, it meets the airlines spec for checked luggage and has very spacious for packing.
Looks sturdy, good size packing room, comparable price.
However, the packaging it came in was very flimsy - cheap, thin cardboard and not well taped.
Competitiveness
Atlantic and amazon should do better than this.

I recently travelled to europe with this suitcase and the wheels worked great except on carpet and the cobblestones of course
