The bearings themselves are manufactured by kooi and seem to move smoothly enough no grinding etc
but the heavy grease theyre packed with results in quite a bit of resistance a twopound stainless steel bar mounted in the bearing will rotate about half a turn before stopping when given a solid twist and theres a bit of stiction as well
