Pros

Easy to install and easy to program. The disk is semi-permanent and cannot be dislodged. Drilling a hole in the holder and adding the screw would prevent the disk from popping off.

The wires are labeled which made the wire pairing a no-brainer and then you have to go into settings to assign the buttons.

The disk is semi-permanent and cannot be dislodged.

Price

Not a deal breaker as the convenience of having these controls close to may hand is worth it.

Again, i have the a6 so i'm not sure how it will pair with other brands.
