Quality
The sound quality is great and you can definitely notice a difference coming from stock radio.
Overall i was happy with the product, just wished there was a better frame i could use to secure it to my car.
- sound quality: 4/5 the sound quality on bluetooth sounds just ok.
I wish i could get autolink to work for more than 3 seconds but i'm seeing it's a issue with the app and not the radio so.
Price
Great price, simple interface and excellent customer service.
Shipping
Boot up times are somewhat slow if you’re adjusted to fast boot times from modern computers.
Packaging/appearance
The size of the screen pretty much balances out these flaws.
You also need the pac c2r-chy4 radio replacement interface.
Competitiveness
This is the 3rd atoto radio i bought and i couldn’t be more happy.
This is my second atoto unit and both worked well.
I don't have an andriod phone, so i cannot provide information for android auto.
Backing up using a rearview camera (i bought atoto ac-hd02) on a 10-inch screen feels like you are playing a computer game.

The only thing is that the size of the screen made it tricky to put the car vent back on during installation but i made it happen

Had an issue with unit not booting up correctly in freezing weather but it seems to be an isolated issue as i could not find other people complaining about this issue when i researched it

The only issue i had was the firmware was not updated and this caused me to have issues with the unit booting up and operating first thing in the morning or after the truck had been sitting a while

They sent the link to the firmware update with instructions to use a mico sd card
