Pros
An add on amplifier (100x4) is available. It gets loud enough for me, and i like my music pretty loud, but if you like it crazy loud you'll definitely need a standalone amp. Highly recommend for the price.
The f7 is both apple carplay and android auto fully compatible. It's easy to circumvent these 3rd party app shortcomings by using android auto/carplay and compatible apps. Android auto works flawlessly, as does the optional rear view camera.
Settings are organized. Touchscreen is responsive enough, not sluggish.

Overall i am very happy with the atoto f7 xe, love the front inputs, sound quality is good and its seems to be a solid unit.
Sound quality is ok but could be much better (possible crappy ford stock speakers).
It doesn't not come with the necessary adapter/receiver.
Price
The warranty, customer servce and ofcourse the price is second to none.

No volume knob but cant fit a full 7in screen otherwise also just tapping the volume buttons brings up a slider that works well so thats good enough
