Pros
There is another listing on amazon with the same exact part number but it's second generation. Android auto hisses and crackles and pops on gen2. This is the one you want!
Cons
Twice after powering on, it accepts no touch input. But silly me, i expect it to complete the functions that it includes.

This unit has the wireless - it connects with bluetooth and wifi (has its own little wifi antenna).
So far this unit has been flawless.
The gen 2 doesn't support listening to fm radio when android auto is running!
Android auto hisses and crackles and pops on gen2.
Competitiveness
This generation 1 unit is identical software code to the f7 xe but with no sirius card, and no qled display.
Sound quality is comparable to my previous pioneer head unit that cost twice as much (same speakers).
I had an older f7se that had the wired carplay, but i wanted wireless.
