Pros

Stays hot to warm all night with hot tap water. Sweater is easy to put on and take off. Stays warm for a long period of time and i love the little sweater it comes with.

The only bad thing is that it doesn't keep the water hot as long as advertised. The instructions are clear and printed on the mouth.

The spout is large and wide enough that when filling it when hot water it doesn’t splatter everywhere. Cap goes on nice and tight. I like that the opening is wide enough to fill easily without the hot water bubbling out.

Strong durable material. Use for muscle aches and pain. I suffer from kidney stones and this offers so much relief.

Cons

This product is not leak proof. This one starts leaking within 45-60 days. It’s very difficult to fill with water without getting the “sweater” wet.

Material very flimsey. Wouldn't hold 1/2 gallon, only 1. Also, the material is more of a hardened plastic. And the rubber is very thin. Too heavy and bulky.
