I wear size small in regular shirt size i bought size medium cause i like my top to be lose

If you prefer an spf shirt with a snug fit id recommend ordering a size down

I am 58 195 size 14 42d and ordered the 2xl

The sleeves covered my hands half way which is a good thing and expected in long sleeve spf shirt
