Pros

The sound is awe-inspiring; tune this to your preferences with the app. My favorite preset by far is the immersive one. Dolby atmos capable, use with free app. They sound incredible both music and games.

Mic-the mic is excellent. The detachable mic is pretty cool. The mic is clear and great surround sound for finding where the footsteps of the other players are coming from in call of duty.

Steelseries sonar gives me a lot of options for eq settings. The audeze app is average but does the trick. The app has adjustments for custom settings if you need them. You can customize the sound with the hq app.

Some people complain about weight and their ears getting hot due to the pu leather. They are a little heavy compared to other sets i have (sony’s flagships, the audiotechnica cans) but the extra head strap seems to help offset some of the discomfort.

Cons

This headset is atrocious. The channel isn’t 50:50. They are hesitant to offer a refund on.

The left ear cup is much louder than the right. They have an internal diaphragm in each ear that can bust. It's uncomfortable to wear for longer than a few minutes, and my ears feel stuffy and compressed after taking them off.

Headset has great sound quality, but is disappointing for a $300 unit. Headphone has major qc issues, which is a fundamental design feature.

It's still under warranty, but the serial number is illegible. This is not an amazon product so you wont be reimbursed by them or the seller. They want you to pay shipping when their product malfunctions.

Never thought i would pay $300 for a headset but i did.
