My only complaint would be that when i first got it there was a bug with the firmware that caused it to mute in windows

If you need automatic gain or noise suppression likely yes if you are using this for gaming or just chatting on discord streaming this is the model for you but it also makes the at2020 a little expensive for the quality of mic it is

Note the rode ntusb does have some effects built in for mixing so that may be the differentiator between the two for you

The audio technica is more of a set it and forget it mic while the rode is more for people who want to tweak their sound for live usage
