Pros
Headphones are great value for the price. No audiophile, but the bass and treble sounds are great. Great value for a good quality headphone. Best value for money on a headphones or a headphone.
Highly recommend. Still working perfectly after all these years. When these develop any flaw, i'll update this review.
Audio-technica earphones fit comfortably over my ears without being too cumbersome. No pieces of the cushion ever come off. Only real downsides are the ear pads which are cheap to replace and the plastic can be a bit squeaky.
Cons
They sound fuzzy through the midrange and lack any sort of bottom end. Muffled sound and cracks on occasion. Adequate for listening to the nightly news, spoken voice, but not music.
Do not pay more than $20 if even considering purchasing these. They are not noise cancelling at all. You can get much better bang for your buck with both cheaper and more expensive headphones.

Great pair of headphones for the price.
They are such good headphones for a good price.
I have owned a few cheap headphones before in the $5 to $15 range and they break within a few weeks.
There was actually a mistake in my order and i received the atm-30 x which were cheaper and my husband loved.

I got a refund to my credit card very quickly and everything was handled very well, with no problems.
Competitiveness
This brand of headphones has lasted longer than any other brand that i have owned.
Not compared to the newer anc headphones.
Compared to both akg's there's a deeper low end and nice presence but, not overly hyped like i expected.
I'm no audiophile but these sound great and they're cheap compared to other headphones with good sound quality.

Ive dropped them gotten the cord caught in a vacuum my wife not me plugged and unplugged them from audio ports i mean i cannot stress this enough
