Pros
Good sound quality and very aesthetically pleasing. A little bit of tweaking gives incredible results.
Only downside is the lack of independent subwoofer. I believe the separate sub would make an excellent addition to this set.
The sound quality is crisp and clear overall. Musically the audiengines give a detailed, brilliant and crisp sound. I am not an audiophile but i am very impressed.
Cons
The speaker constantly emits a static/white noise. It is unacceptable that a reputable company must be aware of the the issue and continues to sell a flawed product. Well was expecting a decent product after reading all the reviews.

Bluetooth pairing is handy for keeping the desktop cablegore down, too.
My small office can’t even handle them at 3/4 volume.
With an input for pc usb or micro for my turntable preamp (or any analog device), they are beyond flexible.
I love the feeling of the air being pushed out of them when i have them loud.
