    I wound up using the 4 threaded ss screws provided

    I started the screws with a large philips screwdriver but had to use an electric drill to drive the screws in order to secure the back plate securely to the plate mounting frame

    Imho the screw covers detract from the minimalist aesthetic but are an option for those who want to keep them on

    I find these a lot better than the silicone sleeves with holes at either end to slide in the number plate

    Ive found those to be far more susceptible to warping and puckering where the side borders dont sit flush with the plates
