Probably needs shielding on the wire from the usb connector to the hub and or grounding the aluminium body of the hub to the laptops ground

Just received it and connected to my mac pro great quality is not cheap stuff that you find these days connected all my usb devices with no issues only wireless logitech mouse dangle did not work on it crazy not sure why saw the same comment from someone else before
